[Children can wave and say “Hello Cory!”]

Sometimes you feel worried.
Like when it’s time for daycare.
Or when you hear a loud noise.
Or when you need to try something new.
Cory says, “Don’t worry! I can help!”
[Children can pat their tummy where Cory lives]

When you feel worried, Cory has special helper tricks:
Take a big breath like a sleeping bear.
[Children can take a deep breath]
“Breathhhhe in… breathhhhe out…”
Jump up and down like a happy bunny.
[Children can hop in place]
“Hop hop hop!”
Give yourself a warm hug.
[Children can hug themselves]
“Squeeze squeeze!”

Have a drink of water like a thirsty elephant.
[Children can pretend to drink]
“Slurp slurp!”

Rest quietly like a sleepy kitten.
[Children can pretend to nap]
“Purrrr purrrr…”
Look! You’re feeling better already!
Cory is so happy to help!
[Children can smile and clap]
