A bedtime story in poem for preschoolers.
Firefly Farm, a special place, Where magic happens with such grace. At night, the fields light up so bright, With fireflies dancing in delight.
A Brother and sister, Cale and Sky, Watching chickens run and fly. But Helen hen was oh so wise, She kept the farm safe with her eyes.
Hank the rooster, new and proud, Liked to strut and crow out loud. He thought he knew just what to do, But Helen's wisdom would prove true.
One night, a fox came sneaking near, Helen sensed the danger clear. She warned the farm with urgent clucks, While Hank slept on, snoring like trucks.
The kids woke up and grabbed a light, To chase the fox away that night. Helen flapped with all her might, Keeping chickens safe from fright.
Hank learned then that being loud Doesn't always make one proud. Helen's quiet, watchful way Kept the farm safe night and day.
The fireflies twinkled in the field, As Helen's wisdom was revealed. "Listen close to quiet things, That's where true wisdom often springs."
Firefly Farm, a place so sweet, Where old and young in friendship meet. With Helen wise and fireflies bright, They'll always have a peaceful night.
