A journey to the heart of your own inner world
Under five minute story for beginning readers.
Eons ago, when the world was young, time seemed to dance to its own rhythm. There was a hidden place known as Tranquility, not just a place, but an inner world, a secret tucked away in the heart of the turning world.
In the turning world, where days spun like a top and nights unraveled like yarn, everyone was always busy, always moving. But not in Tranquility. Here, the peaceful stillness of the inner world paused, and the hustle of life melted away, leaving balance and calm.
An ancient tree stood in the center of Tranquility, its branches reaching out like wise, welcoming arms. Through a sense of oneness, the intertwined roots connected all things. The tree had become known as the unmoving ground of being, and it was said that those who found their way to it could truly understand themselves as if the tree held a mirror to their inner awareness.
One day, a young girl named Sarielle set out to find Tranquility. Sari was kind-hearted and curious. She loved to explore the forests and meadows, but she often felt misunderstood by those around her. The villagers were always busy, always planning, never stopping to truly see her or understand her dreams.
As Sarielle journeyed to Tranquility, she met various creatures. Each offered Sarielle guidance and a riddle to solve, a challenge that tested her wit and will.
A wise old owl said, “Seek not the stillest place, young one, but the stillness within.

A playful fox with a mischievous grin said, “Dear friend, seek the hidden Tranquility within. For in the quiet corners of your heart, true magic always begins.”
A gentle deer with eyes full of wisdom said, “Tranquility isn’t a place, but a feeling, a knowing deep inside.
Sari found Tranquility. There, in the quiet embrace of unshakeable presence, she felt a peace she had never known. The tree whispered to her in a language older than time. Sari listened and understood. She saw reflections of her hopes and fears, dreams and doubts, and realized that she was known deeply, just as she knew herself.
At that moment, Sari understood that one could see the reflection of their true self, unclouded by the noise and haste of the world. She understood that being known wasn’t about others recognizing her but about her recognizing herself, her true nature, and her place in the world.

Sarielle returned to her village with a new sense of purpose and a peaceful heart. She carried with her the wisdom that we find our true selves in the stillness, a place that lives in the heart of every seeker who dares to journey within.
Now, dear reader, sweet dreams of tranquillity, a quiet place in your heart awaits where you know yourself as you truly are.
