Aiday loves to watch the night sky with her Papa, but one night she is invited on a moonbeam adventure. This sweet daddy daughter story follows Aiday as she becomes a star helper and learns that sharing her light makes everything brighter. It is a perfect, simple tale for the quietest time of night.
Aiday lived in a little house with her Papa.
Every night, they looked at the stars together.
“Look, Papa!” said Aiday.
She held up her special crystal.
It sparkled and shined just like the stars!

Tap, tap, tap!
Someone was at the door.
It was a beautiful silver fox.
The fox had stars in its fur!
“Would you like to help take care of the stars?” asked the fox.
“Yes!” said Aiday.
Papa gave her a big hug.
“You can visit me when the moon is round and bright,” he said.

Up, up, up went Aiday and the fox!
They climbed a staircase made of moonlight.
Higher and higher they went.
Until they reached a sparkly house in the sky.

There they met the Star Keeper.
She taught Aiday how to make the stars shine bright.
Aiday loved helping the stars twinkle.
One night, a tiny star was lost.
“Don’t be scared,” said Aiday.
She held out her crystal.
“See? We can shine together!”

The tiny star wasn’t scared anymore.
It twinkled and sparkled with joy!
Now Aiday helps all the stars shine bright.
And when the moon is round,
She visits Papa in their little house.
They wave to the stars together.
And sometimes, if you look very carefully,
You might see a silver fox jumping from star to star,
Making them twinkle extra bright!
