Under five minute story for preschoolers.

Once upon a time, while exploring her forest playground, a little girl named Annika stumbled upon something magical: a sparkly piece of paper with swirling fairy words.

She ran home, clutching the paper like a precious treasure, and burst into her grandmother’s house. “Grandma, Grandma!” she cried, “look what I found!”

Her wise grandmother read the paper. “Why, Annika,” she said, “this is an invitation to a secret tea party! From the Fairy Queen herself!”

Annika’s eyes went wide! Fairies! They were sparkly friends from bedtime stories, and now, she had a chance to meet them!

With her grandmother’s kiss and a backpack full of bravery, Annika set off. The path was long. Some thorns snagged at her clothes, but Annika pressed on. Each step brought her closer.

Then she saw it, among the wildflowers, a table of delicate pastries and sparkling teacups surrounded by tiny, shimmering fairies! The Fairy Queen herself, with a crown of twinkling stars, welcomed Annika with a warm smile.

Annika laughed and played games with her fairy friends. She nibbled on honeycake and sipped rosewater tea. The fairies told her stories of mischief and merriment. Annika felt so happy.

Now, the time had come to say goodbye. The Fairy Queen gave Annika a tiny silver locket that glowed with a gentle light. “This locket,” she said, “will help you find your way back home.”

And back home, she is. Annika snuggled in her bed, the echoes of fairy laughter warming her like a summer sun. Sleep dances with her eyelids. With a heart full of fairy dust, Annika was ready to sprinkle magic into her life.
